This is a picture of a rat that was caught at a customer’s house in Colfax, CA. She was hearing a constant chewing sound coming from the floor in her dining room. After crawling under the home and doing an inspection, the technician found large rat droppings consistent with a Norway rat. Our technician then found an area where the insulation was pulled down and the rat was using it as a ladder to access the sub-floor area of the home. After some specifically placed T-Rex snap traps, the pesky rat was caught that night. The exterior access points were sealed off and the home is now rodent free.
